WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?​
The defendant is required to attend all hearings as ordered by the court until the case is closed. It is the defendant’s responsibility to be aware of any scheduled court appearances, and to notify the Clerk of the Courts of any address changes.

If the defendant does not attend the court hearings as ordered, an arrest warrant will be issued for the defendant.

HOW BAIL BONDS WORK​


When a person is arrested, the court will determine if a person can post bail.

The amount will be set by the court according to the criminal charges. 

The cost of the bond is 10% of the total bond amount. We accept cash and all major credit cards.

Collateral requirements may vary depending on the charges, and individual circumstances. Once the client complies with all the conditions of the bail contract, the bond is discharged and all collateral is returned.

Once a person is booked, we are able to post the bond. Once the bond is completed and posted, the defendant is released within a few hours.
